I am writing this on behalf of my friend, Frank Queen at his request. He placed several orders for merchandise and has not received all of the items ordered and has hit nothing but roadblocks and excuses with regards to receiving a refund or the outstanding items requested. This has been for a period of a few months and the lack of communication on behalf of the owner is just horrible. The amount owed is over $500 and the owner is not willing to take responsibility but passing blame on to the supplier from whom she receives her merchandise.
