My first experience with the store began when I needed a new couch and I just happened to drive by and pop in to see what they had and it was seriously the best decision ever! Since then, I’ve purchased a couch, loveseat, ottoman, kitchen table, bench, chairs, server, coffee table, end table & console table through HTF! We were taken care of by Rick each time and let me tell you the customer service he provides was incredible. He was kind and patient through all of our decision making processes with each item. When our table took longer than expected (due to no fault of Rick) he made sure we were taken care of on another item we had our eye on. The men who delivered and assembled our furniture were super nice and quick. They offer free delivery and assembly as well! They also offer Snap finance to make paying your pieces off super stress free. I started looking for couches at the beginning of the year and stumbled upon this store. The process so was very easy and the quality and delivery process was wonderful. About a month ago I purchased a dining set and was so impressed with the customer service. Although the warehouse the pieces came from kept delaying, Rick was phenomenal with expediting what he could and really working hard to help us with what was in his control. We just ordered a living room coffee table, entertainment center and end table today for a great deal all being delivered tomorrow. The products are wonderful and could have been purchased anywhere honestly, but Rick is the reason we keep going back to My Hometown Furnishings. He’s compassionate, patient, and focused on creating solutions to any problems that might come up. We are so grateful that he has made the customer experience so wonderful.
