C M Petti Inc — Restaurant in Brockton

The food here is usually amazing, but the service and atmosphere completely ruin the experience. If you’re not part of the “favorites” or family circle, you’re treated poorly, which makes even picking up food discouraging. On top of that, if you don’t watch carefully, they’ll charge you for items that don’t get added to your order or you’ll end up with the wrong food.

I’ve tried to be patient, reasonable, and respectful, but my experience only got worse over time from my very first visit to my last one, yesterday. They have officially lost me as a customer. I won’t even pick up food here for anyone else anymore, which is how I started ordering in the first place.

I have lived in Brockton for over 40 years this place is amazing friendly homie just enough stuff in there that you forgot to catch up they have it their deli is to die for I always get a Thanksgiving sandwich special it is amazing they're telling me is a fresh chemical-free delicious I cannot say enough and I'm truly going to miss this trip once a week that I allow myself to purchase a sandwich if you haven't been I highly recommend that you go there. And don't forget the homemade sausages...
