The owners were absolutely amazing! My husband and I were on the way back to WV from our vacation in Florida with our 2 little ones when our car started overheating and we couldn't drive it any further. They stayed on the phone with us while we made it safely to their store, making sure our car and family were ok or if we needed assistance. They welcomed my family and I into their store as if we were family for 5 full hours!!! They allowed us to set up a pack and play in their store for our youngest to play and sleep as well as provided a little table for our oldest (3yrs) to draw. They stayed open 2 hours later than usual as we waited for someone that was coming from WV so we could rent a car dolly from their store so our car could safely be brought back home. They were the kindest people. I highly recommend this place for any of your hardware or u-haul needs. They are more than a store...they are a family owned business with genuine hospitality.
