Buyer beware! I’d had a few issues with this business. When visiting the bins on Saturdays: you will encounter aggressive customers that dictate the line. So have patience when you visit. Another instance: I placed a bid on a vinyl record system: the description had no mention of the very noticeable crack on the cover. Emailed them for a return but had to ship back due to a work contract. No response. Items within bins will have issues: please make sure to inspect them!!! I’ve worked resale so it truly doesn’t take long to inspect and write errors in descriptions like a large crack in the cover. Auctions also have misleading errors like a candle pictured but the title is a completely different item. It just seems like they want to pawn off items regardless of condition. Then place blame on customers for not inspecting items. Again always inspect your pieces. Even if you bid on them before you leave the pick up location. I’d rather shop at DAM deals and the discount store in Colon because items are better inspected and condition is communicated better.

For the most part this is a great place decent prices if the description for the item is correct. Like I bid for 3 days on an oculus2 head band strap with battery and received a cheap knock off VR headset that was garbage to say the least. And just two weeks ago the lost my entire order. The next day I had won a hose for my washing machine and received a incubator for chicken eggs. I don't raise chicken or know anyone who does. I did bring this to one of the staffs attention and was told I was holding him up from what he was doing for nothing . But with that being said 95% of the time the products are correct and the staff is polite and helpful . I would recommend this place , although not perfect , it truly is a great experience and fun place to shop I do have to add that all the issues I did have come from the Coldwater store , the other two seem to be on point and very polite...

I bought a Dewalt 20volt paint sprayer, and when I went to pick it up, it was an off brand 21volt. They post pictures of different high brands when selling junk. I made a 100 mile round trip too get my item to be told we're sorry in which the guy in Coldwator I think really meant it, but so much for the gas money I spent for absolutely nothing! They did refund my money, but they need to quit reeling people in with items other than what is shown on their website. I don't think I'll take a chance on the items that...
