Five Star Pizza — Restaurant in Bronson

Very disappointed! I have been a loyal customer of five star for years. Their pizza is best in town for sure. However, for the first time ever I had a major issue with their pizza. I got a taco pizza as I have many times before. This time the tortilla chips that they put on top were completely and undeniably STALE! Inedible! I understand mistakes happen. I am giving a 1 star review because of how the situation was then handled. My husband called and informed the lady of the stale chips. To which she first pretty much called us liers because "she tried them". Sorry but on my life these chips we're stale. But for some reason she didn't believe us and we had to argue this .She did then offer to remake. My husband explained that we lived in Coldwater. (Next town over) and did not want to travel back there tonight. He said what about a discount on a future pizza to which She Hung Up! No joke, just hung up phone. Has not called back. We ordered "mozzarella sticks" thinking we were getting the standard appetizer of fried cheese. That was not the case. Upon receiving breadsticks with cheese on top, we went in to confirm we recieved the right food. The employee explained that it was correct. No big deal, we misinterpreted the menu and assumed. However, the employee also explained that it was something that happened "quite often". If this is a common occurance the menu should be clarified beyond an unlabeled picture next to "breadsticks" on the menu. We even asked if they had mozzarella sticks when we called and she told us yes. Again, if it is a common occurance, providing clarity would be beneficial. Unfortunately the breadsticks themselves were lacking flavor and the marinara sauce was also lacking, so we not only didn't recieve what we thought we were getting, but what we got was also...

Iam so fed up with this manager of this place. She will not do anything for not knowing how to do her job its pizza not rocket science I can't stand green olives and she put them on a hole large pizza that I was going to eat through out the week and this isn't the first time iv had to waste my money she said I can have $3 off next order lol I'm never ordering anything again I have pictures of the last 4 mo ordering the pizza is not good anymore or just or priced exspecily when they screw up what you like and you have to eat it anyway or...
