Brookfield Town Beach — Local services in Brookfield

The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained—perfect for a peaceful, relaxing day by the lake. The setting is very serene, and the beach is staffed with attentive lifeguards, which adds a nice layer of safety.

That said, the seasonal pass is a bit pricey, especially for those who don’t go frequently. The water appears clean, but I was still a little hesitant to swim. It’s more of a personal preference than a cleanliness issue.

One big tip: definitely bring an umbrella. There’s not much shade, and the sun can get intense.

Beach is covered in goose poop. Lifeguards are too busy talking to pay attention. A child almost drowned while we were there due to the lifeguards not paying any attention. Luckily another person saw it and grabbed the child before he went under. The town charges a lot of money for beach access but it seems none of that is going...

Awesome place for a family party, especially with little kids. Playground, b-ball court and beautiful views of Candlewood Lake. Facilities were clean and all the necessary furniture was provided. Ample parking across the Street. Up to 50 guests. Price is well worth it - but you have to wait for the 2022 season now....
