So tonight we decided to get a couple of sandwiches. The sandwiches were good don't get me wrong about that... But there is more than just quality of food.. Tonight we checked there online menu. And the clerk gave us a higher price than advertised than online. His total was 16.98+1.00 for lettuce. (Which I never really heard of). So I checked the online price. 13.98*0.0635=14.98. We info them there online price is wrong. We told them we still want the food. Because everything was closing soon. So when my girlfriend went down to pick it up. She info me that the clerk tried to argue with her when she came to pick it up. She told her your online price is wrong he said it's a personal menu. She said online and she basically walked away from it because he doesn't obviously understand the department of consumer protection. States in the description in the state of CT. That if a price is 20.00 or under marked incorrectly and is suppose to be cheaper price never the higher. Also as the rule breaks it self down even more. You can request this food for free. The clerk should of understood what is going on. When it comes to these laws. He should of agreed he is wrong. Because as of today on their website everything is marked cheaper than what is charged in store. We were more trying to let them know there ONLINE MENU. Is wrong... Not looking for a free bee. Just for what the price STATES. Online. But the clerk seemed to want to argue about it. And not listen. I plan on talking to the main manager just to let him know about the situation. Read moreI'm only posting this because as a regular customer and they didn't get my order at all correct and I received it 20 minutes later than they estimated and when everything was a minor train wreck they did nothing to help my experience there better I mean not an apology nothing, I mean a simple were sorry and how about we thryin a small house salad for your inconvenience ....Quite isappointed as a regular customer I called to order a cheese calzone number 54 20 25 minutes okay I get there calzone wasn't even started I like to have a side of cherry peppers 🌶️ on the side and an extra sauce and I always order order it the same way so ..I got a cheese calzone with the hot peppers inside not on the side because they couldn't even get the order straight that cost almost $17 for a calzone.that two years ago cost $8.50 and I got my extra sauce and I got my hot peppers on the side every time I guestimate I've had 1 or 2 calzone a month for the past 12 years. And one calzone was good and filling for lunch or dinner and a decent piece for a good snack the next day, not the case any longer ate it all and I could definitely eat more. NORMALLY IM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. USUALLY NEVER A PROBLEM AND GREAT FOOD. TODAY MUST HAVE JUST BEEN A FLUKE BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING TO MAKE UP FOR THE LONG WAIT AND THE MISTAKE ON MY ORDER I WOULD HAVE APOLOGIZED AND DONE SOMETHING TO MAKE IT BETTER IT WAS MY BUSINESS. Read moreThis place used by my childhood go to food. Some of the best pizza I’ve had. But the last 2 times have been more than absolute disappointment. First I called in a Chicken parmigiana grinder light on the sauce with extra cheese. Came in 15 minutes later, ask for my grinder it wasn’t made. The chef gets called over from the bar watching TV, and starts making it. Completely thrown together, and made incorrectly. Then my second experience I order a sicilian pizza. It somehow lt looked well done on top but had a chewy doughy consistency. My guest complained about the Pizza. I felt terrible for hyping it up, telling them about how delicious it was. Just got nothing but let down. Step up your game...
