LaRon at Furniture Factory Outlet in Brookhaven, MS is AWESOME!!! He gave excellent customer service. There was a misunderstanding with my original order from another store. When I realized they had a Furniture Factory Outlet in Brookhaven, MS I called there to see if they had the same sectional that I had paid for at the other store in stock. LaRon listened to my issue and did an excellent job handling the situation. He told me he was going to do everything he could to try and make sure I receive my purchase and he did just that. FIND A DIFFRENT PLACE TO GET FURNTURE!!! This is the WORST place for anything that I have came in contact with(CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT)! We bought a cough and love seat, bedroom suite, kitchen table, and a T.V stand from them. The bed had lights around the headboard it stopped working within 4 days. We haven't even used the bed yet. BUYER BEWARE!!!! A little over 6 months ago, we purchased a mattress set from FFO with a 10 year warranty. The mattress has begun to sag and not hold up well. When called to come out and look at them, they said they wouldn't honor the warranty because the mattress has a couple of stains of it. We have small children in the house!!!! Said someone should have explained the warranty to us when we purchased the mattress but they DID NOT!!!! Very disappointed in the customer service. Wont' be buying anything...
