HAD A BLAST! I'm VERY picky when it comes to DINNER THEATERS. Did many in Chicago. Don't be fooled by the honest review here. The cost was $35/person. We met some wonderful new folks at our table. Great conversation. Probably hold 80 people. Saw a humorous musical, had a simple meal, only drove 1 hour, laughed much. An outstanding value. CONS: The ham was a bit dry... But tasty. Beans were overcooked. The stage could be cleaned up and items straightened and perhaps a coat of paint, but if you can look past that....I thought it was a very good VALUE for a night out!

Having been in two plays here, the theatre is always worth a visit. The plays are fun. The food is good. The directors I've worked with have been great to work under and the sets are beautiful. Treat yourself to a fine dinner theatre experience.

Stone's Throw is a Southwest Missouri gem. Located on historic Route 66, the intimate theatre offers a fantastic experience for patrons. The volunteer staff is committed to keeping the performing arts alive, from the players on stage to the kitchen crew on show night. The faces have changed through the years, but everyone who has donated their time is forever part of the Stone's Throw family. The current staff has worked tirelessly to keep the building fresh and updated. If you're looking for a fun evening out, be sure to give Stone's Throw a try, you'll likely return for...

My first time here. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Honestly, I didn't expect to be so moved by a local theater group. The play was "Of Mice and Men ". I was ready for dull, mundane, boring... Each actor was so believable in their character. I was crying by the end. I can't single out any one part that was less than the other parts. The play was beautifully done. I applaud everyone involved in the production. I'll be...
