if there was an option for 0 stars that is was what I would give this nail salon. It was going fine and I had second guessed myself on the length and told her I wanted to actually have them longer. ( which I did apologize,that was my mistake I thought they were gonna be longer and they weren’t clearly a miscommunication.) so she did them longer and had made a rude/snappy remark at me which I understand I probably frustrated her. So I let it go... she continued to do my nails. I had asked for an acrylic set and had said it 2 or 3 times.... she put gel on me ( and I know she did because I went to cosmetology school and have had gel and acrylic nails.) I had asked her if she did and she said no, so she lied...I continued to let her do my nails and tried to just relax, but started noticing she was not caring about my nails... they started to become different lengths, they were different shapes and very lumpy. She began to file my nails aggressively and cut me with the file! I pulled away and instead of letting me wash my hands whe was rubbing my finger while the acrylic shavings were all over my fingers which is completely unsanitary. The lady who was doing my nails had the owner THI take over and must have known I was becoming very unhappy and distraught. The owner was becoming even MORE aggressive with my nails and filing hard and fast.... she had me go wash my nails and they were awful.... so I sat down and I told her I didn’t like them and I was extremely unhappy.... she then began to argue with me and tell me I’m wrong about my nails when they were clearly done horribly... I stood my ground and pointed out the different shapes and lengths of my nails and she started raising her voice to me started making RACIST comments at me!!! She was trying to tell me I was being the one who was wrong. She then tried to tell me I need to pay for them and I said absolutely not I will not be paying for these.... she began arguing with me AGAIN and trying to tell me I need to pay for them. I told her she can remove them or whatever but I’m not paying for something I’m not happy with and poor service. She then very angrily took out a clippers and started clipping off my nails aggressively and told me to go. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I had just got off work to try and treat myself and spent 2 hours of anxiety, being upset, and in tears. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE RACIST, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND...

they got the 2 Stars only because this is not a chop shop , they do not use MMA or low quality products which is so rare in this area! I had really high hopes for this place. I went with a friend and they had amazing experience with Jolene. Gorgeous nails. So I decided to go myself. Made an appointment for acrylics and a pedicure and when I arrived I still waited for 40 minutes. This is after they asked me if I could come back later which I expressed no I couldn't because I do not drive. Multiple people who arrived after me were sat first , they seemed to know the techs by name. Finally I am seated and get my acrylics. I was unable to get my pedicure because by the time my fingers were done I had been there 2 hours after my appointment time. This is after I simplified my nail design to make it faster to do. My nails were nice but the service was not. I decided to give them another chance this past weekend, so I made an appointment. I came and the shop was already full. Waited at least 30 min before being seated , and again people who came after me who knew the techs were taken first. When finally seated for my fingers I expressed I wanted my existing paint sharpened up (colored tips) plus some things added. The tech did not sharpen them and they ended up looking worse because they buffed any sharpness out to add what else I wanted but didn't fix it after. The person in the chair next to me said they had been there 2 hours and her tech told her no when she asked for a design. Once my finger nails were done all pedicure chairs were full and I would have had to wait again, so for a second time no pedi. The salon is very nice inside, certain techs do good nails but overall appointments mean nothing, unless you are buddy buddy with the techs you will most likely have to wait and they don't always give what you ask for. If you can get sat with Jolene or hong kong ( not xenophobia , that's really what they call her) and don't mind possibly waiting 30+ minutes it may be worth it. but personally for 70-135 dollars I wish the service was better. I may try them one more time on a early weekday to see if it is better but at the end of the day I shouldn't have to do that, it should...

I loooovvvveeee this nail salon!! The best I have experience in YEARSSSSS!!!! The Beat atmosphere, the ladies are freaking awesome!! Let me tell y'all, so after my 1st experience, I knew I was hooked. Nails, and toes.. PERFECTION!! So I told my PICKKKKKKKYYYYYY cousin about here. Now she's a forever customer!! Not only was she able to bring her baby, they actually held and played with him while she was getting her nails done. Don't get me wrong, I know babies in the nail shop mainly is a nooonooooo.. but it was later in the day and no one was there but us.. plus oh well, he's a good baby!!! Anyway, I just said that to show how welcoming and refreshing these women are..then after my several time here, I go in for my fill, and unfortunately... Had to get a nail replaced due to being broken in the worse way. My girl was EXTREMELY gentle with my nails, to the point where I dozed off (Hell, it was late in the day!.. lbs) ANNNNDDD LET ME TELL YOU, She NEVER.... Woke me up, and when I woke up and apologized for dozing off.. she said no-no.. you rest..WHERE HAVE YOU EVER...EVVVVVER... HAD THAT TYPE OF EXPERIENCE!!!!! ANYWHO... I will travel states to go here... PERIOD!!!!!! AND NO NASTY ATTITUDES ALLOWED!! They have EVERYTHING YOU NEED, THEY DO IT ALLLLL... BUT YOU RATCHETS.. STAY...
