Delivery Meal Ordered on 10/19 at 6:13 pm. Brought wrong order. Called at 6:48 to inform them I received wrong order. They were very helpful and I was told they would reorder the meal along with a free dessert for waiting and don't worry about the wrong order received. Still waiting by 9:00 for my order that never arrived. Called them to question about my meal. But they close by 9:00 pm, so now I have to wait until tomorrow to ask if I was charged for the wrong order and/or the supposed correct meal that was ordered. Finally had to eat a bowl of cereal just to get food in me before bed as my blood sugers were running low by now. Can't give a review as I didn't eat their food, although the last time we stopped several years ago, the food was good.
I DID understand those first instructions to re-order with doordash and talk to them about the order and/or refund if needed, then after I re-ordered, it would be sent to you to fulfill & you would get it delivered ASAP with a gift card to pay for my meal. I appreciate you stepping up and offering a gift card & free dessert for my troubles. I also realize everyone is short-staffed and overworked especially during rush hours. I also don't mind if someone is new or overwhelmed. Everyone needs learning curves. I have worked many years in different retail industries. I also know the complexities of dealing with in-person customers at the same time as phone customers. BUT, the last thing Gabe told me was to forget re-ordering, he had taken care of it and I DIDN'T NEED TO DO ANYTHING. I confirmed that with Gabe before hanging up. I don't know whether he was new or overwhelmed, but he kept TELLING ME DIFFERENT INSTRUCTIONS until the end instruction was when he said he took care of everything. If I misunderstood the conversation and should have done something I didn't do, I will gladly admit it was my fault for going hungry. If things slipped through the cracks, then you need to train better on customer service. Thank you for...
Read moreJust had my lunch at this seemingly modest restaurant and felt compelled to write my review right away. It was just me so I had the liberty to choose what catered to my needs alone. The lady doesn’t appreciate much of Alfredo and I don’t like the Rosa ;)
So getting to the point, this place has a clean dining and you need to walk to the counter, place your order, pay for it and get a seat. Somebody brings your order, you eat and you leave the place for someone to clear your plates.
The person at the front desk was very nice and as I told him that it was my first time here, he patiently walked me through the options they have under All you can eat and told me what combinations work well. You can either choose a soda or a salad to go along with the pasta/spaghetti/mostaccioli and the garlic bread.
The veg salad along with the ranch and a packet of garlic croutons was so good. I followed that with the garlic bread and I must admit that this is the best I’ve ever had. The bread was soft and crunchy at the same time and it was deliciously sweet. I was literally blown away with it and eagerly went for the Alfredo penne pasta.
The pasta was a bit of disappointment as it looks that they usually serve only the pasta and I had requested some veggies and could choose only mushroom and onions. The onions being raw was understandable but not the mushrooms. They seemed to have been plucked straight out of a garden and thrown on the pasta. I’m personally against wasting food but had to leave out the mushrooms and the onions as they didn’t sit with the pasta at all. This is the reason for me to rate this place one star less.
Nevertheless, they have a lightening quick and a nice service and there could be other dishes which I didn’t get to try that could be out of the world. I’ll definitely get back here to explore more...
Read moremy bf and i went here today, it was our first time here and i have to say this is gonna be one of our new favorite restaurants! we ordered to eat in and the lady running the front was very sweet and had a wonderful personality. he got the spaghetti with meatballs and i got the mostaccioli. the portions were great for the price and came with 2 drinks and lots of garlic bread! not only that, but it came out promptly after we ordered it, maybe 5 minutes and we saw it was being made fresh on the spot. the pasta was amazing with lots of tasty sauce and the bread was chewy with great garlic flavor! my bf said the meatballs had lots of flavor and were cooked perfectly, contrasting some other places we’ve been to that couldn’t get it right. they were also a great size for the pasta- only needed 2! i accidentally ordered mine with the wrong sauce as i’m a vegetarian and one of the workers was very understanding and remade it for no charge and let us keep the other dish to bring home which was so nice of him! again, it came out very fast and it was fresh. later on, we needed some more boxes so i went up to the front and even though they were busy making orders and helping the line the lady that took our order earlier came up to me to ask if i needed help with anything. the staff was very attentive, caring, and friendly. the food was delicious and fresh plus, inexpensive for the amount you get. i would definitely recommend this place and we’re gonna be...
