I couldn't find a pork cut that I regularly buy in South America for a barbecue. Couldn't even find anyone who could tell me what the cut was called in English (Argentine Spanish: "matambrito de cerdo").
The staff at J & J was astonishingly helpful - and for such a small order: they regularly fill orders for $100s or $1000s of dollars and here was I, taking up a lot of their time for a less-than-$20 order. But they took the time (even came up with a video) to identify the cut - which, it turns out, is flank steak and is sold as part of the belly, not as a separate cut.
They took the time and effort to fill my tiny order while I waited. I got my pork and they showed me they're very serious about customer service as well as product quality.
