Definitely see why 12 Volt Specialist has a 5.0 Google rating. We wanted to have remote starters installed in our sons' cars as Christmas gifts. Although I work on cars a lot, we weren't sure how to go about having one installed. I wasn't sure what to ask or what to expect but John walked me through the process politely answering several follow up questions from me and finally gave me a really competitive price quote.

On our scheduled installation day, he was already preparing when we arrived and gave us confidence the job was going to be done right. I can tell he knows his way around a car because both of ours are older models with some glitches but he was able to install both with no problem. HUGE smiles from us when he demonstrated the remote start function and the cars fired up for the first time!

They are FANTASTIC!!! We recently upgraded our stereo system and 12 Volt did an unbelievable job! We told Christine, we wanted it to sound like a live performance and that is what we got! We absolutely love it! Christine was awesome to work with!!! She put together the entire system and we had some very unique requirements. She worked non stop and we were getting texts asking questions even after they closed! We started this process on Monday afternoon and by Friday morning, the system was installed. The sound is off the charts!!!! The actual installation of the system was fantastic and you can’t even tell that anything had been touched in the car as the work was so meticulous. They went over an above from customer service to installation!!! I highly recommend them and can’t say enough good things...

Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle to John. I had just bought this Acura and the previous owner completely destroyed the wiring in the vehicle when trying to connect a subwoofer. Everything you shouldn’t do they did. I didn’t think that anyone would be able to fix what they had did to the car. But when I brought my car to John he fixed everything completely in just a couple hours. He’s extremely knowledgeable, he has great customer service and was even updating me with pictures as he was fixing my car. Now I have a perfectly working sound system, and I have touchscreen radio with Apple Carplay on an ‘07 vehicle.
