Jimmy's Warehouse — Local services in Brooksville

My fiance and I had just recently purchased a townhouse so we decided to go shopping for furniture. Jimmy's was the first place we went shopping. We happened to be greeted with the most stereotypical sleaziest salesman. His name was MIKE. He did not give us much space while my fiance and I browsed trough the place. Their furniture was marked at decent price. However, their used furniture seem to be way out of price almost as if they were selling it brand new. Ultimately, we decided to go with a 6 piece cappuccino bed set after about a good hour or two looking at their furniture. The following day my fiance and I went to look at different departments and decided we like the sleigh bed more then the slated style we had purchased. I called up Jimmy's warehouse and spoke to the owners wife and she told me to come into the store to pick out a different bed. When I arrived to the place I was shown a sleigh bed that was cappuccino that would best match our set. Many of their coworkers said that it happens and this sleigh bed would like wonderful with the rest of the pieces. Jimmy himself, said I could get the bed at the same price. A few days pass and our furniture is delivered, however; our bed is a CHERRY color!!! The head board and foot boards were different! My fiance called and sure enough it was the wonderful sleazy sales man, MIKE. Mike continued and begged for my fiance not to switch out the bed and continually stated that I his fiance would not like switch. So I called him back to specify the details and reiterated plenty of times that Jimmy and his wife said it was okay for us to switch the beds around. Mike called me nasty and continue to pitch how it would be a terrible idea for the switch. Luckily, Jimmy's wife was able to meet with me to put against the sleigh bed and slated bed next to one another to help me make a better decision if the sleigh bed would match. Sure enough the sleigh bed would. I kept the sleigh bed and am in love with it. It matches perfectly with the rest of the set. Overall, our experience IF YOU SUBTRACT MIKE FROM THE EQUATION would have been 5 stars. So if you want to buy from this company don't...

I just had a $200.00 eagle delivered to my home. It's beautiful. I had asked to be called ahead of time so I could put the dogs up. No call. This item is very heavy but the truck drivers would not cone into a paved driveway because there was no where to turn around. That's funny because we have 5 acres. I was very uncomfortable with the eagle being moved on a dolly across grass. I love the eagle it will be a beautiful base to the flag pole. I planned to buy three more if my husband liked it. Unfortunately I won't be purchasing any others. Customer service...

Got an amazing huge American Eagle yard ornament here! They took great care in delivering it ! Also a University of Georgia bulldog statue which they painted for us… They painted the dog white like UGA mascot And painted the shirt red with a black G on it and a black diamond collar! It turned out amazing. Great prices great service !! I wish I could add pictures...
