Think he didn't look out for the sellers if the cattle not getting a reasonable offer start bid then they shouldn't have sold them he should of gave the seller the opportunity to accept the bid if it's not hitting a normal price and sold them for a big loss and make sure the seller not just giving them away by the time you relies that price you are getting the sale was finalized and your cattle was sold for nothing like 775lb red heffer only 4 years old for $325 and a 735 lb sold for $213 and they sold all 6 of my cattle for a total of $2159thats including a 670lb steer a 1275lb bull all cattle was under 5 years old if you cant meet a reasonable amount then they should've had the seller take them back and not robbed them of the right to take them elsewhere that had more bidders and someone to be able to not give away your cattle at a supper big loss wasn't ever aware that if it wasn't getting a fare offer that they would basically give them away at the time of the bidding we couldn't even understand what they was selling them for or even asked if I wanted to accept the bid of almost giving them away that all young heffers and a year old steer a 4 year nice bull and a 6 month bull calf would even been sold at such a unresolvable amount and not been told that if they wouldn't meet bids that's should of been reasonable then we should of been asked if we was still wanting to sell them and never sold livestock but once in action and never had been told that you have to put a reserve on them or asked if I wanted to put a reserve because thought they would not continue to sell them at such a great loss when they should've went way more than that and we believed that if it wasn't reasonable offer for the market then they would not just take something so ridiculous for the sellers protection like for a 775lb red heifer that's not old and easy handling bucket fed and sold for $325 and 735 not even 3 years old heffer $213 the other one was 665lbs $252 when the market price was lot higher then giving them away I will never sell anymore livestock there if they don't care to give them away so everyone else went home with a win while the seller got the bad end of the deal when you know sometimes they dont go for as much as should but then at some point the one selling them should've not continue if it wasn't a true reasonable amount for the cattle they was selling to not care that it was a unreasonable amount and not give us the opportunity to deny the bid and I would've took a lot less of a loss and pay the auction fees and took the back with me but I've learned not to think that they are out to make sure that everyone walks away with a fare deal that they could've been proud that everyone was happy with and not just...
Read moreWent to an auction 11-5-22. It was the worst ran I've been to #1 auctioneer you could not hear. No mic was used. They jump all over. I lost the chance to bid on several items. U could not hear. No lunch wagon. No Porta potties. I feel sorry for the people that had the sale. They gave away alot. Get modern, even to check out was a train wreck, the ladies did there best. There are much better ways to do check out. I won't go to a auction ran by Whites. I hope you don't charge a percentage to that family. You are a wolf in sheep clothing. You sold things that were not for sale. Maybe we ought to check out your flee market, to see how much your people bought to resale. I'm sure you brought stress on this family. Shame on you. ...
Read moreFirst time attending the consignment auction 4/9/22. Started off with three auctioneers and then down to 1 selling equipment. It took forever. I was there for nearly 7 hours, it was cold and miserable. Great facilities, good food and friendly people, but either make it a two day auction detailing what is sold each day, or have more auctioneers. Even if the weather had been perfect, 7 hours is too long. Most of the people (not all) that attend are older gentlemen and many were complaining to me that they had to...
