Mike Trammell's provided service was top notch. From responding to the appointment request, moving multiple mattresses around for me to lay on, patiently answering my many (often, repetitive) questions, closing the sale, and providing same day delivery. Again, Mike's service was TOP-NOTCH! On top of that, the options were plentiful to fit any budget. I was fully committed to purchasing a "bed in box" due to the urgent need and no access to a truck or large van on a rainy day. Basically, looking for something I could load into my car and move around by myself. I'm glad Mike asked me to remain open to other options. I purchased a top quality, name brand mattress for less than the "bed in box" I was considering to purchase on-line or another national retain chain. As a matter of fact, I purchased the queen mattress, queen box spring, basic bed frame, not only delivered to my door, but the room...for WAY LESS than the "bed in box" I was considering. Pros reply to my appointment request was speedy ability to try mattress prior to purchase (Bed in Box rarely an option) multiple options similar to other "chain mattress retail stores" new name brand mattresses, deeply discounted, deep-deep y'all Cons -wish I would've discovered this place sooner

I mean really?!?! Does it get better than this. I hate shopping for mattresses...You lay on them and they seem comfortable and then they all kind of start to feel the same...Then you pick your favorite one and when you get home it never quite feels like you thought it did when you tried it out in the store...

Not here! I didn't even have to go in...I told Mike exactly what I was looking for over the phone...I'm 6'6" 270 lbs and I need a mattress that is supportive but still has comfort...I am a stomach sleeper as well...Mike suggested the perfect mattress for me...He was even able to deliver same day! Then fast forward a week or so after you get the bed and sleep on it a few times...He follows up to make sure everything is up to expectation...I have never had a purchase go as well from beginning to end as this one has. My husband's and my mattress was pretty much beat into a terrible death. Sagging on both sides, springs poking through the top. We were waking up with random scratches on our torso, arms, and legs. It was not a good situation. To add to it, we were both constantly exhausted from not getting a good night's sleep.
