They're continuously doing weekly water changes and they are certain to recreate optimal conditions for whatever species they're selling, a good example would be their brackish fish all get their own dedicated tanks. You will also see lake separated tanks for their African Cichlid's which I'm a huge fan of.

You will not find more of a variety of African Cichlid's at any other place period. There are usually always tons of Haps and Peacocks in stock to pick from in various different sizes. You can find rare L# plecos here, just ask them what they have in stock and they will show you. Good selection of odd ball species that you rarely see in the hobby. I was there on Saturday. Was told by the owner that a certain group of fish would be available on Tuesday. So I got up early before I had to go to work to show up there. The lady was in the koi area helping other customers. I asked her about the fish that I thought would be available and she told me not until next week. Then she offered to call the owner and then told me that he wasn't answering. I then told her okay but there's other fish that I would like to buy she said I will come and help you after I ring these people up. After waiting another 20 minutes I walked inside the store and she's helping another customer. So 40 minutes after I was there I'm watching other people who showed up after me get assistance and I'm left standing there. You can have good customer service but if you have no follow through on what you say that's not good...

This is my first time ever reviewing a place. I just felt that I needed to because of how amazing my experience was there!
