Its been 5 days and neitherAmazon nor USPS have any idea where my 1 day delivery order is located. It shows a lot of movement with your tracking although your tracking system is wrong. Trying to fix the problem with my order has been a complete waste of time. It is easier for Amazon to just refund my money and give me a 5 dollar credit as well. That does nothing to ADDRESS THE RWAL PROBLEM. Your tracking system should not show anything until the carrier receives the package. Your system shows movement of the parcel as soon as the order is placed by creating an instant label and tracking number for the customer to see. It cannot be used to track a package. This package is in your Fulfillment center 200 miles from my address. In 5 days it has not left your possession yet tracking shows miles of movement that has not even left its place on the shelf. Corporate could not even find the package within its own system. How is that even possible? Corporate cannot find my package. Your answer is: refund the purchase price, cancel the order but if it still arrives feel free to keep it, and to give me a WHOPPING 5$ CREDIT to my account that has to be used on my next order placed. Meaning that it really is not a credit because you get it right back. It is more of an allowance than a credit. This shipping issue has happened to me 3 times already. Read moreAbsolutely horrible. Ordered through my prime and it was CRUCIAL to have these 3 packages ontime so obviously I did the 2 day prime shipping as I usually do. They came by my apartment and left. Didn't ring a doorbell didn't leave a note nothing. I saw on the tracking "failed delivery attempt" for my 3 packages. I requested somebody OBVIOUSLY ring an apartment complex doorbell to my apt as his seems to be common sense so I can get he packages. They said fine it will be out for re delivery. And we will note to ring bell DUH....Nothing. Nothing was updated on the shipping except it showed an attempt to deliver at 145 AM. WHAT THE HELL. I talked to 4 different amazon Legistics people. Waited all Saturday, no packages. Mind you the facility is 12 minutes from my apartment. Sunday i canceled my order. Of course 1 of 13 items shows up today (Sunday) at 445 pm. After canceling everything. Amazon was unable to contact managers at this shipping location. After multiple attempts. Obviously terribly managed and dis organized. I will never order through Amazon again to here. Luckily I'm only here 4 months out of the year. However after speaking to an Amazon manager she did everything in her power to figure out the shipping problem. Read moreHR is the worst at this site. Very rude 8/10 times and it is at least an hour of wait time (standing in a hot warehouse off the clock). They don't have a phone number and they take over a week to respond to emails. When they do respond to them, they're incomplete and it takes another week for them to fix the issue they should have gotten right the first time. Not to mention the attendance point system wrongly accuses you of being tardy just because you're doing a double. If you wrack up too many points without getting them taken off by HR, they'll send you a threatening email informing you that you're about to get fired for poor attendance. Basically, in order to keep your job, you have to waste your own time off the clock waiting for an hour in a hot warehouse just to get sneered at by HR to get the issue resolved....
