Today I went in while visiting my moms house as I do all the time when I come through town. I've had the worst past 2 months ever and I went in yesterday on August 11th around happy hour to get a joint and a cartridge knowing I had batteries at home. Well tried it out today and come to find out either the pen or the battery wasn't working so I took it in. They tested the pen on a tester battery come to find out it was my battery that didnt work anymore. Unfortunately I couldn't afford a new battery and this wonderful person came out with exceptional customer service and I know that that person knows who they are.
