Horrible place to cross into the US ! We have been choosing into the US for 15 years and this is the worst place to cross. 1-4-24 crossed entered the toll booth on Mexico side at 5:15 pm. Took just under 2 hours to get across to us CBP side. They had only two lanes open and this is very typical of them. The most traffic of the year, when US citizens or permanent residents are crossing after spending Christmas in Mexico and only have 2 lanes open. They obviously don’t care how long it takes to cross. The BCP officers are rude and ask you where you are coming from and where you are going ( none of their business). Plus asked us twice if we are US citizens- They have all our passports so they already know. They treat everyone like criminals !!! ⚠️ There is an express lane that continues after 1st check point where you pay to cross from 🇲🇽. There are no clear signs until last minute you are in the wrong lane. There is a fine if you do not have a card for that lane. Most of the border patrol was understanding that I made a mistake minus one who rudely let me know that being sorry does not excuse anything. Hoy me toco una muy mala experiencia en este puente, llegue con los oficiales a mitad de puente y les dije que llevaba a mi esposa con dolores de parto, que la llevaba de emergencia al hospital, y si me dejaron pasar por el carril sentri y llamaron por radio, y la oficial que estaba en la caseta era una mujer de baja estatura que se apellida Torres no me queria dejar pasar, penso que estabamos mintiendo y que mi esposa se miraba bien, y que si queriamos pasar que llamaramos ala ambulancia, si no que iban hacer 5,000 dollares de multa si no lo haciamos, yo le dije que yo la llevaba mas pronto, que la ambulancia tardaria, y no quiso, y que si volvia hacer esto que me cobrarian doble multa, se portaron muy mal, y eso que fue a primera hora de las 6am, muy mala experiencia vivimos hoy, falta de humanidad y capacitacion para afrontar estas...
