Yukis — Restaurant in Brownsville

I’m a regular customer and usually enjoy coming here for the frozen yogurt, but unfortunately my last visit was very disappointing. One of the employees taking orders has a consistently unpleasant attitude—you can tell from the start that she doesn’t want to be there.

On my most recent visit, I stepped out of the restroom and was loudly told, “The restroom is only for customers.” Not only was this embarrassing, but there was also no sign posted stating that policy. I was already planning to order something, but instead I was made to feel unwelcome and disrespected.

This is not how loyal customers should be treated. It’s frustrating because I really do love the product, but this kind of behavior drives people away. I truly hope management re-evaluates their staff because this type of attitude will cost...
