absolutely love melanie as a person & as a service provider. cannot explain enough how she is by far the best lash tech around for various different reasons. she is not only extremely sweet & has such calming voice & aura but she is so knowledgeable about her craft & takes the time to explain things so thoroughly so she fully understands your vision & so you fully understand what you’re getting. she genuinely cares about not only her craft but the client and their experience as well. she takes way more time than any other tech for every step whether it’s messaging, consulting in person, the actual service, photos, etc. everything is extremely thorough and intentional. just from messaging her alone i knew she was a hidden gem. she does such a wide range of different styles which is super rare to find and perfects each one. she doesn’t cut any corners & takes the time to absolutely perfect her sets, and then leaves extra time for any adjustments which i have never had a lash tech even offer. her room is very comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and relaxing, the music is relaxing and at a low volume, & it’s quiet & smells good. i have had rough experiences with lash techs whether it was not getting what i want or it just not being done right & melanie was super understanding of this & made me feel so comfortable going at it again after having another bad experience a week before i saw her. she offered remedy that the original tech didn’t which says so much about her as both a service provider & a person. you can tell she isn’t in it for the money but has a genuine passion for the art. needless to say, she nailed the result i wanted that other techs either failed to do or told me it wasn’t possible. i cannot recommend this girl enough, she is an amazing tech & person...

Melanie is hands down the best lash tech is Cleveland and surrounding areas. When you first walk in the, building is clean and up to date, when you walk in her actual office its so welcoming and pretty! The smell is amazing, clean and fresh, the decor is stylish, comfortable and welcoming. I was so relaxed i fell asleep during my whole lash appointment! Melanie takes her time, is thorough and takes pride in her work. I was seriously impressed at how processional and thorough she was. From the removal (from a prior botched lash “tech” lash me studio), consultation to the actual lash applying everything was 100/10! I am a hard one to impress and let me tell you this woman blew me away. Only reason why I was hesitant to write this review was bc I want to gate keep her as my little secret as I do not want her to get famous and move out of Cleveland! The materials she uses are of the highest quality. This woman cuts no corners! And I loved the little complimentary lash cleaning kit she provides at the end of service . I have never had a lash appointment be so relaxing. I woke up w the best lashes of my life! I cannot say enough good things about this woman and her company. Oh and to put the cheery on top she customizes each lash set to the clients eye shape as well as color. She recommended brown, wispy cat eye lash set for me and OMG they are to die for! Best lashes ever! Her work is incredible. I have been an on and off lash extension girly for many many years and for my birthday in the beginning of august I decided to start getting them done regularly again. I had a terrible experience somewhere else where they didn’t show up for my appointment when I drove 40 minutes on my one off day a week to go so then I frantically started calling around to other places to see if there was any availability and sure enough Melanie agreed to see me that evening! She took her time with me and gave me a lovely in depth consultation before hand to find out exactly what I was looking for and how to give me my vision. She made it such a customized look designed for my eye shape. I’ve gone to several other places in the past and NOBODY compared to her service. From start to finish the experience was incredible. I work at a well known luxury jewelry store close to her studio and I have been a walking billboard for her work and have been telling everyone to go to her! She truly left me in awe.
