Place is disgusting Toilet paper holders falling off the walls Trying to held on by duck tape
Three sinks to one empty small soap bottle Bathrooms floors toilets trash smelled terrible
The place is in need of renovation Cracked foundation issue front doors don’t close and stay close They flap in the breeze w wind Rude staff too Skates are in terrible condition too
Had a birthday party for my child There this afternoon My daughter was told she couldn’t leave the skate area to check to see if her friends where there or not at the ticket booth We are knew to the town and these are new children I have never met or seen before So I wanted my daughter to check back at the front every so often to make sure everyone was there that was supposed to while I waited at the ticket booth to meet parents and children and to make sure everyone was safely inside and accounted for
There was at least 2 to three other parties going on at the same time so there was no tables to sit at to eat Asked to have a couple things ordered about 23 mins before the session was over and was told flat out no I finally got them To agree but it was like pulling teeth For them to make pizza
So I asked for something easier like mozzarella sticks or onions rings Which again I was told flat out no because our session was almost over Once we got our pizza it was hurry up eat and get out for the Next session There was not even enough time for children to take off skates and wait for parents It was hurry up and get out out out Safety should be your biggest concern since there are children at your place of business Adults, staff should not just be pushing children and families out when session is over
Skating rings are supposed to be the place where children and families can come and send some time Hang out Eat and enjoy time. Not hurry up and leave
This place is poorly ran, and I’m need of desperate repairs
I’m very disappointed, And sad to say My family and I will never be back to visit this skate ring again
The snack bar is where you make your money at any establishment If people are asking and paying for it Make the food Or hire more people The staff was rude and unprofessional Their was only one nice young man working the skate rental Who was...
Read moreFor the last month my son every Saturday has looked forward to skating. We drive 35 minutes every Saturday so he can skate for maybe 15/20 mins. My son is autistic it’s hard to find places that are inclusive to kids with disabilities. We have to take a lot of things into consideration when traveling with a disabled child. How long they’re going to have to wait in line, how long the class is scheduled, is he going to be over stimulated? We finally found a skate rink that Caiden liked, he listen to the instructor. He was comfortable, we always go a little shortly after the class starts so we don’t have to wait in line, Caiden can get his skates on and go. I still pay full price for both of us to support the rink, even though they have denied my money seeing as we only come the last 20:25 mins of the class. We don’t even stay for open skate, it’s a just so he gets the experience he feels included, so he has fun. Today Bruce, THE OWNER SCREAMED IN MY CHILDS FACE TO GET OUT!!! He screamed in my face and told us we missed the class.( STILL 28 mins left) I’m trying to explain my sons disabled, we only come for a couple minutes, he’s talking over me so loud he’s spitting everywhere. Finally I scream over him HES AUTISTIC HES DISABLED HE DOES’NT EVEN KNOW WHATS GOING ON HE JUST ENJOYS BEING WITH OTHER KIDS. He then screams” fine fine come in. AFTER MY SON RAN CRYING OUT INTO THE LOBBY. How rude. Who do you think you are? How did that make you feel Bruce? Like a big man? I hope someone treats your grandkids like you treated my son. I hope your grandkids feel excluded. You’re just ruined a now core memory for my child. I hope you feel great about...
Read moreThis is just so absurd, I will never go back here. So I came here to skate one night and I was wearing a skirt with shorts underneath. Keep in mind nothing inappropriate And I am also an adult. A woman came up to me and she told me to put shorts on underneath my skirt and I thought this was just weird some random lady commented on my clothes. So I totally ignored her. Then it happened again same lady. She told me she works there. She told me that she already informed me and that I need to put Shorts on underneath my skirt and I said I have shorts on. Then probably 10 minutes goes by and the lady says I need to go up to the DJ booth so her and some other woman were telling me my Outfit was inappropriate. And this woman was looking at me smiling like she was getting a kick out of this. they were explaining that I needed to put shorts on or else I would have to leave and I yet again explained that I had shorts on. That was just so insanely weird being an adult wearing an outfit that is perfectly OK I left of my own accord because I did not feel comfortable being there. I'm short so I guess someone could mistake me as a highschooler still but I'm almost 20 years old. And there was nothing mentioned in the dress code about not being able to wear a skirt. But that was so unprofessional and just outright strange I will never...
