I've been a customer of this business for almost a year. Today is Christmas and not a lot of places are open. I purchased a 1lb tube of ground beef from the cooler. When I opened it, it was spoiled. I even asked him if it was fresh before I made the purchase. I went back to ask the guy working if he would swap it for a frozen tube from the back since the thawed ones had obviously expired. He couldn't have cared less. He said "no refund". I wasn't asking for one, only if he'd swap it for a frozen pack. If they intend to stock a product then it's assuredly their responsibility to ensure that the product on the shelf be of good quality. Especially with food items. I didn't want to leave her outside in the air-conditioned truck because they can't seem to control the homeless that sit in front of their store.
I'm not a guy that doesn't support the homeless whenever I can but I didn't feel comfortable leaving my dog.
