On 9/24, my granddaughter noticed she didn't use her $5 off coupon she had for Similac for her month old son. I went to customer service and Nicole was there. The card reader was in spanish, so I asked her how I could get it to english. She was very rude from the beginning, like she was too busy to help. Not friendly like other employees at Fry Markets. Impatiently, she turned the card reader around and tried to change it herself and couldn't. She didn't acknowledge me, she went to the side and I noticed she called someone for help. But then noticed it had already changed to english. She told me she had refunded the $23.xx to the card. I then went ahead to use the coupon and she rudely told me I can only use one coupon per can, which was all I was buying. She then told me there were not enough funds on the card to pay for the similac. We ended up buying it at another store, but have NOT received our refund for the $23.xx. My granddaughter is not working at this time and needs every penny to buy milk for her newborn. Nicole needs to change...
Read moreContinually having issues with this Frys since it's opened. Not the store itself but the third party companies inside like Starbucks and Sushi Fox. Went to the opening and found a new product myself and my family really enjoyed called the Caribbean combo from Sushi Fox. Have been to this Frys almost everyday since and cannot seem to find this Sushi or get it made. I've been early morning, afternoon and evening hours all with the same result. I called customer service to ask if someone can find out if the Sushi is available anymore or can be made and was told the sushi place has no phone and no walkie talkies and no one is available to go speak to the Sushi place or see if the sushi is being made. Aside from this sushi place having no communication and a language barrier how am I suppose to order anything? Since this business works out of a Frys wouldnt these things be an issue for anyone wanting to order something from this place? Very upsetting and won't be visiting this Frys...
Read moreWas there yesterday on opening day. It was packed (a good thing for the opening day of any business). Being the very first day, the store was pristine inside and out, everything in it's place, employees very friendly, large selection as you'd expect at a Fry's, and importantly, nice wide aisles so you shouldn't really be bumping into others while you're trying to do your shopping. That said, their regular prices are definitely higher than Winco, so I will probably continue to drive 20 minutes to Goodyear to do my main shopping. I'll use this location (just 2 minutes from my home) to pick up random things in between big shopping trips at Winco. Also, I fear this one will turn into the Fry's on Watson eventually. Always crowded, not well-kept, and indifferent employees. Let's hope not. All in all 4 stars from...
