What a wonderful, 5-star experience we had at Hendrixson’s with our recent furniture purchase! Following a renovation of our kitchen/family room, we were searching for a large, high quality, sectional sofa. Our family room (now open to the kitchen) is truly the hub of our home…therefore, extremely comfortable seating that is built to last was our #1 priority. Hendrixson’s is an expansive store offering a multitude of rooms of furniture for you to see and try IN PERSON (so important and so hard to find these days with online shopping replacing so many brick and mortar stores!) Hendrixson’s truly has something for everyone!! And finally, it’s the personal customer service that is clearly at the heart of Hendrixson’s business…and takes your shopping experience to the next level. We worked with Eileen who came out to our home to see the space in person and help us find just the right seating for our family. From first walking into the store all the way to delivery, the service here was amazing!!

I decided to get a home office, and looked around for many months. Finally took the plunge and decided to drive to Pennsylvania from NY. Went to Hendrixson’s because of their beautiful showroom and great brands that they carry. I was able to custom order my entire office. The executive desk, bookcase, filing cabinet, standup desk (yes, 2 desks), all custom made, to my sizes, liking and colors. Just the most heavy duty, beautiful all solid wood furniture you can find, all made in the U.S. What beautiful furniture! The quality-amazing!

And the 2 delivery men, fantastic! Everything took almost 2 hours to bring in and setup. They took their time and worked beautifully. They were like a great tag team. Took such great care of my pieces and handles them very delicately. Both were true gentlemen! I’m sorry but I only remember Damian’s name. But the other fella was just as great! THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM AT HENDRIXSON’S!

Over the past 12 years, I have purchased my Guy Chaddock dining table, Jessica Charles chairs, custom-sized Century bedside tables and dresser, incredibly comfortable Shifman mattresses for my son and for our primary bedroom, and now our latest timeless addition, our new sofa, from Hendrixson's. Though it is always a hike from Center City to make it into the showroom, I've learned it is well worth the trip. The designers are knowledgeable, talented and patient. The delivery team was able to navigate my impossibly narrow stairwells without any damage (or swearing, which I would have done). And though the prices are not low, they are certainly fair for fine furniture.
