Changing my review! The new food business is the SuBourbon Shack. This little restaurant is a flavor GEM for Bucyrus!

We decided to try the new place in town. I have had authentic Cajun food in the past. We ordered alligator bites with a spicy side sauce, and the house jambalaya. Three minutes later, the waitress comes out, apologizing for two bowls of "dry" collard greens.

We tasted them and took them. They were perfect. They were smoky, tart, and luscious, with morsels of crispy bacon, rich in flavor.

The alligator bites came shortly after. They were piping hot. They were smaller than I had seen before, but tender and flavorful, and paired well with the mild sauce they were served with.

Then the HUGE servings of jambalaya came. They came with fresh, made from scratch cornbread. The cornbread was tender and golden. The jambalaya was enchantingly warm and complex, with a captivating blend of textures from the andouille sausage, the chicken, the rice, the vegetables, and the luscious broth. I know what I'll want on cold days.

Bucyrus doesn't take well to change, but it's my hope that enough travellers will pass through and keep this wonderful place afloat until it catches on with the locals.

Set up my kids birthday 2 days in advance get there at the time we’re supposed to be there have to wait 25 minutes to get a lane when there were several lanes empty. Then waited over an for our pizza and pitcher of pop having to ask them multiple times where my stuff was , we finally get the pizza my kid takes a bite of her pizza and pulls out a hair , I tell the short blonde lady with the buck teeth that my kid just pulled this out of her mouth handing her the hair she say “oh sorry” and then disappeared. They refused to give us a new pizza so we asked for a refund and they refused to give us a cash refund and said they couldn’t give us a full refund because we were there for an hour already tried to give us a voucher for the next time we come there but , I made it very clear we would never be visiting the establishment ever again . The whole entire staff is extremely rude . I wouldn’t take your children there expecting to have a good time ! Let not forget to mention a HUGE PARTY got their food before we did and we were there before them . It was just really disappointing and they literally ruined my 4 yr olds birthday . It’s sad really y’all are supposed to be grown adults if you don’t like your job don’t work...

Picture us a family of 4. Nowhere else to go because of Presidents day. We find a place called Suburban lanes. THIS PLACE IS RANCID. NO MUSIC HORRID ATMOSPHERE AND YOU HAVE TO BE 9 OR YOUNGER TO USE THE BUMPERS. THE LITERAL BUMPERS. Overall this place has horrible customer service. We aren't very "good" bowlers so we use the bumpers for the kids so they can get some points and have a good time! We just wanted to spend an afternoon together bowling.. but thanks to the lady in the light blue jacket, brown hair, brown eyes, working at the register, that didn't happen. She refused to let us use the bumpers even though we were the only ones there! The boys kept getting gutter balls and moral wes very low, so we left because they dont offer refunds! Our hatred for this Brought us together! 🖤 Thank you...
