Kept trying to up charge, they changed and up’d the price 3 times, one price was over the phone, second price was after inspecting the damage in person, and thirdly they raised the price once again when I dropped off my car for when they told me they were going to fix my issue. Even though for about 2 weeks we had these dates scheduled, they said that I should be thankful bc they were squeezing me in. The lady was very rude, she went to the extreme of saying how I seem like the type of person who is going to pay for things for the rest do their life rather than fixing it themselves which seemed very insulting considering she has never met me and does not who I am. They also told me that the job they do is so great with quality and it will take multiple days to fix. Also multiple days to fix because of how busy they apparently were. However I received a call maybe 3 hours later after dropping my car off saying it was ready. Very mediocre job to say the least. Mediocre job, horrible customer service. Bad way of doing business changing the price...
