So tired of this company. I set up auto-pay with the sales rep when we moved in only to find out they didn't do that...... I only found out when my trash wasn't collected because they say I hadnt payed my bill! I had to pay back fees plus for the next quarter (of which my trash wasn't collected).

Since then I have had to call multiple times because my trash not been collected. They don't have a regular pick up (they say they do) and then tell customers they should be using the app to see when there is a delay. If they screw up and your can is overly full next time they still won't pick up because it is now "contaminated."

They skip houses and tell me that my neighbor must have another service because the GPS on the truck shows no one service our area on our day. They then ask if I put my trash out on time (we do it the night before and wait until the day after collection to complain). This is the only service in the area and I confirmed with the neighbors! I'm frustrated, and no matter how polite I am most of the reps are RUDE. Even after I thank them for help and let them know I am not frustrated with the person on the phone but need to get this fixed.

Trash is something that we deal with every day of our life. There is always some garbage collector picking up someone’s trash every day. They work in all sorts of weather, exposed to some nasty things, and are under appreciated. I live in a neighborhood in Travis County and use Texas Disposal Systems and am always grateful that I have Bonds (my garbage collector) who has my route every other Monday. He is in a noble profession that can be under glamorous and tedious. Bonds always has a smile on his face and is very friendly and professional. He helps keep our neighborhood clean and beautiful. This company started out great, however most recently they have failed in the basic of tasks.

We pay you to do 1 thing, pick up my trash, they didn't come round one week, then they want me to pay an extra $39 + fees to make a special trip. No, I'll just wait till the next week.

Next week comes, they pick it up but leave a ton of crap laying around on the street, call them to see when they are going to clean up their mess, oh that's on you, you need to bag that, you're not supposed to have trash not bagged. So, because of YOUR lack of responsibilities, I have to do you your job for you.
