I LOVE my beautiful home at Hills of Bear Creek. Every little detail of my home was thoughtfully planned out for functionality making it the best family home I’ve lived in.

My sales counselor and builder made the buying experience painless and enjoyable. Any little issue I’ve run into in my new home has been addressed and taken care of immediately. They are very responsive to buyers and don’t just ditch you once you’ve moved in.

On closing day, I walked into a lovely gift basket waiting for me in my kitchen. Besides being super thoughtful and a nice touch, it was actually helpful on our first few nights of everything being in boxes having some coffee and snacks (and other sweet items.)

The assistant builder was equally wonderful making for a five star experience all the way around from start to finish.

The vibe in our neighborhood is amazing. All of the neighbors are so friendly, and the surrounding areas such as the green belts, mailbox areas, entrance, pool area etc. are impeccably maintained. You can tell they put a lot of effort and pride into keeping the neighborhood in tip top shape.

I’m very excited to raise my family in Hills of Bear Creek. I will definitely recommend Milestone to anyone I know in the market...

Great very new neighborhood, neighbors are nice and friendly, the model homes are nice and fairly representative of what the house and living experience is like, the people are friendly and the house is nice and beautifully designed.
