LG HS Chicago Lab. — Local services in Buffalo Grove

Horrible company. I will never purchase another LG product. I have been waiting for over 2 months to get a barely 1 year old refrigerator fixed. I purchased the refrigerator from Costco because they offered a 2 year warranty. Costco said LG honors the warranty. Lg tried to send out a repair technician who canceled day of because he didn't realize how far it was. 2nd repair guy a month later put in wrong part, he knew it was wrong part when error code came back next day. 2 weeks later he comes back and 2 weeks after that I have water on my floor again. Now they gave me a repair guy's number with area code 267. I live 18 hours from Pennsylvania....

Bought an LG washer , it’s high efficiency, what a waste of money , on speed wash you can wash maybe 5 or 6 shirts , normal wash , is like a very small load , deep wash takes 2 hours too wash a load . I wash every thing on bedding , it’s the only cycle you get enough water to actually wash a load that don’t take 2 hours to wash . Hate this washer , don’t buy high efficiency , if your going to make something , at least make it so it’s useful , I actually wanted to pay someone to by pass the high efficiency. Total piece of crap !! Duh you actually need enough water to get clothes clean and this washer doesn’t...

I need to read all Co. reviews more often. I purchased a LG stove from Lowes. The first time I used the oven a screw popped out. I called LG warranty department and they said once I receive the new screws to call them back to schedule an appointment for installation. When I called them back they said there is a $100 + charge to come out and fix it. Are you kidding? The stove is brand new and should be covered under the warranty. Nope! They advised me to contact Lowe's to see if they can send one of their peeps to fix it. Really?...
