These people are liars and crooks. Their website had wrong information what they had in stock, after they informed me that they don’t have everything on stock - I’ve canceled the order. They refusing to inform PayPal about order being canceled, so now my money are tied up at PayPal, waiting for a month to let authorisation to expire, and then it will be another week until I will see my money on my account! Because both PayPal and my bank will take at least 3 days to process the refund.
I suggested to stay away from them!!!
So they just responded, with more lies ( no surprise)!!! I didn’t just went and stated bashing them - I’ve tried to resolve matter privately, through email. But Brandon Lockett decided to just ignore everything I said.
At least we discovered the tactics these companies deal through - if your order “not significant enough” for them, you will be made to wait. So they still lie! Just a different...

Response To Owner: Yes I received an update after asking for one on Monday the 20th. 3 days after it was supposed to ship. Tony said it would ship that day hopefully. So I said thank you. Later that day I hadn't gotten any further info if it had shipped or not, so I email Tony for an update. No response. Tuesday I asked Tony again for an update, no response. So today (Wednesday the 22nd) 6 days after the supposed to be ship date. I speak with someone other than Tony. She tells me it is set to go out today. Still haven't received confirmation that it has shipped and it is currently 3:30 pm.

Read moreTLDR: Only order from this company if you absolutely have too. They add separate shipping charges on top of what you order online even if you don't authorize it. Ordered 2 items with the company and was notified that one item was backordered, no big deal. They asked if I wanted them to send half the order and then wait for the other half. I asked them if that would cost extra they said yes it would be 2 shipping charges. Nowhere (obviously visible) on the order page was that the shipping would be extra if they split up the order, I told them to cancel but they already shipped the first part and couldn't reroute it. They waited 24 hours and shipped the item anyway even though they had yet to get a reply.
