These folks rock! I purchased a BAI 1233 (48" top mount single bowl with drainboard). I was thrilled to find this sink for such a reasonable price. I ordered it even though I wasn't ready to install it... I didn't want to lose the bird in the hand. I received the sink quickly and superficially everything looked good. I had to wait to install it until I finished another project which ran long. Fast forward to just over a year later (don't ask)...when we finally started the installation, we found the sink had a bow in it making it impossible to install correctly. Without much hope in my heart as so much time had elapsed, I emailed the folks at MegaBai, giving them all the details complete with photos and measurements. The next day, I received a phone call from Natalie with great news. They agreed there was a factory defect in this case and they were sending me a new sink the same day! Wow! I was impressed with how they stood behind their product, even after so much time. I highly recommend this company. Btw, the sink and faucet look fantastic. I'm so happy with how everything turned out....

I got all my shower systems from them, a toilet, sink with a cabinet and now I'm thinking to buy a LED mirror as well. Their products are very stylish, contemporary and reasonably priced. The shower system is very easy to use. Regulating the level of hot/cold water is done very smoothly. No more burning your skin or freezing to death. I read a review about toilet leaking and asked them if we can return it in case it leaks. They said definitely as long as we have the receipt. Keep in mind that the toilet filler valve had to be tightened to the tank, which we did. (May be that was the reason it leaked for the other customer.) After months of Internet searching for the kitchen sink I wanted, my husband stumbled upon Mega Bai while watching a YouTube video. We ordered a sink (45", dual bowl, drain board) and accessories. The sink is absolutely beautiful: well made, very heavy duty. After some thought, I ordered a faucet.
