I always prefer to shop close to home and I'm so glad that I did. This is not one of those cavernous box stores though it is a good size, you are ngreeted at the door and they're actually glad that you came. It didn't take me long to find side-by-side refrigerator of my dreams at a price comparable to what I was seeing in the sales ads online. I will be back to rate my refrigerator after I get it and see how it does for a month and if it is as great as the customer service this place is a winner ! I don't have my purse with me consequently I don't have the card that the sales manager hand and do me but she really really knows her business I'm going to say...

The sales person was very helpful. We were given several options to choose from, and left to ourselves to make an informed decision. The cost of our new refrigerator was inline to what we found at other stores and online. But at the store we were able to touch and see the product, and not just hope that what we ordered is what we wanted and needed. Delivery went smoothly. Drew and his partner were friendly, and didn't seem to have any personal issues with having to dismantle the old and new refrigerators to get them through our narrow door.

I can tell you one thing for sure about Knie - they will do everything they can to avoid servicing the things they sell. The girl in their repair department told me "You should just buy a new one" when I wanted my clothes drier serviced. "It will cost you $80 to have the guy come out and he probably won't be able to fix it." I got Sears to repair ir for less than $100. Then a year later I wanted my stove fixed and she told me "They don't make parts for that stove anymore." Sears had the part on the truck! I'm never calling them or buying...
