Bee Sweet Cakery — Local services in Buffalo

I reached out to this bakery last March in efforts to get a cake made for my fiance for his birthday. I couldn't locate her contact information anywhere. Months later she finally got back to me on Facebook Messenger with her phone number. I decided to get a $200 cake made for my own birthday party. I sent her 8 inspiration images and asked her for an illustration of what she was going to do before I put all my faith in her making the cake and agreed to pay $200. She said she doesn't provide illustrations but gave me confidence I would like the cake. I asked her how confident she was on a scale of 1-10 that I would like it and she said 15. Given her confidence, I decided to proceed with the cake. Yesterday (my birthday party on Labor Day 3 days out) she sent me photo of the cake's progress. I informed it that I did not like it and it looked absolutely nothing like the inspiration images I sent her. Instead of asking how she could fix it she said "I sent you your money back." It's now 2 days before my birthday and party where I'm having 75 guests and I have nobody to make the cake for me. Even though the cake was hideous, I said I would still pay for it because I was desperate and in a bind. When I asked her this morning if she was going to finish the cake for me she replied no that she wasn't comfortable with it. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE THIS BAKER. She has no business ethics, she's cocky, and cannot bake cakes that will meet your expectations. I've attached photographs of our conversations, the cake she made and the inspiration images I provided her. The ugly popcorn cake is what she made (clearly looking nothing like the inspiration images I provided her). I am deeply disturbed by this entire situation and if I could sue her I would. I beg of you to not use this baker...
