On 1/23/2025, I visited the store at 7:10 PM with mobile order #995. Upon arriving at the counter, I provided my order number and last name as the app instructed. The young man at the counter insisted that no such order existed. Despite my assurance that I had placed the order, he maintained that it wasn’t showing. I then asked if someone else could assist him, and he went to the back, returning with a manager.
When the manager arrived, her demeanor felt off. She tapped on the screen a few times, and my order finally appeared. She retrieved my bag from under the heated lamp, which raised a concern for me. I attempted to ask if the food had been sitting there for an extended period of time, as I was concerned about the health and freshness of the food. However, before I could complete my question, she cut me off, pointing at the screen aggressivelyand stating that I should have arrived at 6:43 PM to pick up the order.
From there, the situation escalated unnecessarily. The manager began to curse and swear at me, which I found shocking and unprofessional. I remained calm and composed throughout, even as she informed me that she was refusing me service. She mentioned that she would have been willing to remake the order, but I was never given the chance to fully ask my question.
The entire interaction was embarrassing, especially with four other customers present in line. The energy of the staff, particularly the manager, was completely unprofessional and disrespectful as she even appeared, maybe to be high. To make matters worse, I was advised to contact Mary, the store manager, but I strongly feel this situation warrants immediate review of the store’s surveillance footage from 7:10 PM on 1/23/2025.
It is unacceptable to be treated this way simply for asking a reasonable question about food safety. This incident needs to be addressed, as there seem to be underlying issues with how customers are handled—potentially even bias in the way I was treated. I am prepared to pursue this further if necessary.
I urge management to review the video and address the behavior of the manager involved. There is no justification for the way I was treated, and it reflects poorly on the store...

Its one I'd then few places I can say has never messed up a burger order any of the times I've been there. The counter is sometimes a little slow, I'll wait at the regester for 5 minutes with no one coming to take my order. That doesn't happen often tho. The restaurant is clean, the bathrooms as well. The only problem I have ever has was one night it was 9:55 and there were people seated, eating in the restaurant, however the doors were locked. So I walked to the drive through and waited a second. The kid spoke through the drive through speaker telling me "only cars through the drive through" I know that's a lie, I've walked up to the window numerous times because they stay open an hour later than the dining room. I thanked him and left. It's fairly obvious they just susnt want ri make anymore food that night but I was still a little irritated. Needless to say I would avoid this restaurant late at night. Read moreI'm not reviewing the food in general terms. For one, we all know what Burger King food is like. Therefore, I'm writing a review with that assumption in place, that we know we are going there for fairly cheap, mediocre food.
With that said, I've never been to this location and went on 4/11 in the 0600 hour. I was greeted on the intercom by one of the most polite customer service employees I'd had the pleasure experiencing in some time. He was just soooo nice! Too often you experience mediocre service and I get the stress of jobs like this as well as the stress of making ends meet when receiving a less than suitable income. However, that bit of effort to remain kind means so much. Being there so early, it was a GREAT start to my day and nearly a week later it crossed my mind and I realized I needed to write a review.
