Michael was communicative, helpful, and friendly. We got a very good deal on Polyiso foam board and Michael spent a long time assisting us. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is that Michael loaded some incorrect product on our trailer and we didn’t realize until we were back home unloading, 2.5 hours away. When I brought it to Michaels attention and asked for a refund in the price difference between what I had paid and ordered vs what he actually gave us he refused citing a host of reasons that had legitimacy but ultimately I didn’t get what I paid for. So the take away is double check your order before you leave because once you pay there will be no rectification if there was an error on their part. Example: old beat up windows/shutters that are falling apart are going for upwards of $35 an piece. Old used hinges for $2/3. Want stained glass windows, not today, unless you want to pay $200 for an old 24x24 window. Items should be half the price they are asking.
