ReUse Action — Local services in Buffalo

Michael was communicative, helpful, and friendly. We got a very good deal on Polyiso foam board and Michael spent a long time assisting us. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is that Michael loaded some incorrect product on our trailer and we didn’t realize until we were back home unloading, 2.5 hours away. When I brought it to Michaels attention and asked for a refund in the price difference between what I had paid and ordered vs what he actually gave us he refused citing a host of reasons that had legitimacy but ultimately I didn’t get what I paid for. So the take away is double check your order before you leave because once you pay there will be no rectification if there was an error on their part. All in all it was a good experience and at the end of the day we got a good product as far as we can tell. We’ll see once we actually install...

The crew from ReUse Action helped us with a framing job in a home we're renovating, and were by far the most professional vendor we worked with in the renovation process. They did quality work in a timely fashion. They even reused materials they could salvage from the original house.

I've also purchased many things from the ReUse action store over the years, including an absolute gem of a mahogany door from an old boat that is now serving as a little "hobbit door"...

Crazy! Crazy what they charge for old beat up items. It’s a shame because there’s a lot of good stuff there. Example: old beat up windows/shutters that are falling apart are going for upwards of $35 an piece. Old used hinges for $2/3. Want stained glass windows, not today, unless you want to pay $200 for an old 24x24 window. Items should be half the price they are asking. I don’t know who is buying these old items but the place is a scam. I don’t know how they...
