G & B Fish, Shrimp and Chicken — Restaurant in Buffalo

As you walk into this restaurant it looks really nice and clean. Upon ordering two fish dinners the customer service was mediocre my order came up to a little over 28 dollars which wasn't bad. When i got to the car and looked in the bag the dinners were in these light weight paper baskets my husbands fries were at the bottom with a shrimp and fish on top of them with a soggy piece of white bread on top, when i looked at mines it was just a piece of fish with no fries😔 my husband went in to let them know our order was incomplete and they handed him some fries that were basically raw. Ordered from here less than a week ago. Ordered a steak sub, noticed the lady that took my order never asked for my name once we hung up. Went in to pickup my food, she asked for my name and I explained to her that she never took my name before hanging up but I had ordered a steak sub. Basically she never gave my order to the cooks, so now her & the cooks are arguing in the front of me. She telling them she put in my order & them saying they never received my order. Not going to lie! I normally go to captain of the sea.. lol! But I saw this established on facebook and I want to try new places this year! GLAD I DID! I called and spoke to a nice gentleman about my order. I placed an order for me and my best friend! I got the catfish dinner with 4 SIDES($25)!!!
