After posting the below review, the company contacted me and was very apologetic. They stated they would do what it takes to resolve the problem. They found a replacement motor and shipped it over night with no charge. They also sent a UPS label for the other motor that was shipped to me by mistake for return to their facility.
Due to the prior contacts I had from their customer service, I can only give them a 3 star rating -- had they followed through initially with the latest customer service, I would have given them a 5 star. I hope they can make some changes in their process with future customers to provide the type of service I received after the review.
Stay away at all costs! If I could give them a negative star I would. This company has been bugging me for 2 years to give them a try - would call every week and ask if anything need to be repaired. So, finally I had a small motor go down and thought I would give them a try -- what a mistake. This would be a 10 page dissertation if I described all of the mess ups and apologizes I got over the 2 month ordeal. I just wanted the motor repaired or replaced -- they couldn't do either. But they could throw the motor away and damage to the point that it couldn't be repaired by another shop. Then they had to find it -- 2 weeks to do that. Now through this whole process I never once received a call back from anyone (I dealt with 5 different people that I can recall). Always a promise to get it back to me -- then finally I received a box from Global -- wahoo I got my motor back. Not quite, they had sent me another piece of equipment that didn't even resemble an electric motor. They told me that could be -- I had to send pictures to prove what I had received. It took them another 2 weeks to find where they had shipped my motor and then another week to ship it back. They shipped both items air over night at the cost of over $200 plus. How they are still in business is beyond me. They fall over themselves apologizing and saying how this is NOT the way they do business, but 5 minutes later they had totally forgotten that you call and certainly have no intention of calling you back. So if you are missing a Numatics UB-614768-1 pump, let them know it is still sitting in my shop since they still have not sent a return shipment label to get it returned to the rightful owner after 2 months. Read moreGlobal Electronic Services is great. Their whole team is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, fast, and informative. My customer service rep Angel Ellingham is wonderful. Any questions or concerns I may have I know she is just an email or phone call away from helping me. Also reaches out if she hasn't heard from me in awhile to make sure we're OK. The shipping/ receiving department is awesome. Always looking for your items of repair and is in contact with Angel to let her know if they are late. Shipping always calls me to let me know the technicians are finished with repair and asks how I want it shipped back. Always packaged safe and secure. No damage on returned work. Unfortunately I don't get to interact with the technicians but I have praise I can share all the same. I have equipment from Germany, China and America at my facility ranging from 17-25 years old. It doesn't matter what I send them, these folks rebuild it to new standards. Even if parts look good they will swap them out so they know it's as new or better. We started by sending them our outdated electronic touch screens, motor VFD's and such years ago for rebuild. Just last year I learned they also rebuild hydraulic pumps/cylinders, pneumatic components, and motors. So I sent them a truck load of items over the past year and they've rebuilt everything. 100%! At a fraction of the cost of new replacement. You get a great warranty also. Haven't needed it though. These are great people who care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I try to flourish relationships with such people and Angel and the team in Georgia are one of greatest to date. Don't hesitate to reach out to them and let them take care of you. They also have a Texas facility for y'all on the West side.

Read moreI have used this company for several years. Sometimes repaired Items and sometimes not. Back in October I sent a switching power supply in for repair in a rush repair. Customer down. Said they could fix it for X amount. Fine just do it. Weeks later after several phone calls I was told it could not be fixed. I went back to the customer and explained it to them. They produced another and asked to see if it could be repaired. I overnighted it to them. In the meantime, the customer asked about a new CNC control for this machine. I called them and told to hold off and do not do the repair. They did it anyway and sent it back. I personally didn't receive it and disputed charges. I've always paid by credit card but now I have an account with them? They claim they have a recording of Carlos and my conversation authorizing the repair. But mysteriously the phone conversation of me telling them not to repair cannot be found. YEAH RIGHT!!! I'll pay you the $1,050.29 when I locate the item and power it up to be sure it works.
