Ordered my coffee 9 days ago, was marked as shipped and never received it. I had to call and find out what was going on while I waited on this order to be shipped out.

I left a message and received a call back within the hour by Wes, who guaranteed he'd address the problem promptly and regardless of it's status would personally get it taken care of and shipped out that day.

I received a second phone call back explaining the error, apologized for the issue, and confirmed it was being taken care of right away.

I have not had their coffee in several years, and ordered a large concentrate of their awesome products. I live out of state now and still have found no Nitro Brew even close to theirs.

Yes, there was an inconvenience in the order, but their professionalism and dedication to resolve the issue speaks volumes. If their coffee is still even close as good as it used to be, then I'd always recommend anyone local or anyone passing through to give them a visit and give it a try. While picking up lunch today I ran into some staff from Phoenix Roasters and saw their logo which peaked my interest. While waiting for our food I looked them up and commented on the cool shirts they sold. A gentleman approached us after hearing me talking about the company and introduced himself as Luke and told us all about them. He invited us to take a look at the shop and try the coffee and I am so glad we did. I recently learned about nitro coffee and was pleasantly surprised they have it on tap and it is AMAZING. I had the southern pecan and couldn't believe how great it was. Hearing the story of the support they have for the community as well as the farmers they purchase their beans from just adds to the great product they offer. I will be looking into using them for an upcoming event and recommend anyone who is a coffee lover, even those who aren't, to give them a try because they do...

What a gem! I’ve noticed the Coffee sign at the corner of the street and decided to check it out randomly one morning. So happy that I did! My friend and I came in and were greeted so warmly. They offered us to try some of their Nitro Cold brew flavors, it was my first time trying nitro cold brew and it was AMAZING! Especially the apple cider one (previous reviews were right!)

The cafe is new and has been only opened for a month now. Since they’re right next to the store, they get their coffee fresh. Such a cute place and great for studying/working out of!

Also, they put scriptures on the coffee lid which is so cute :)

*Update- came on 12/12 again and got a Dirty Chai Latte and they offered some free sugar Holiday cookies :) also, Tori (may have spelled her name wrong) at the register was so sweet and we had a lovely...
