GROUND POUNDER GRAPHICS INC — Local services in Buford

I initially came across Ground Pounder Graphics just simply by an internet search after having the idea of making a shirt for a friend's autistic kid who is very particular and loves a shirt that cannot be purchased anywhere. I called them and Cheri answered the phone. I asked a bunch of questions and she patiently answered all of them without getting annoyed. She threw in some of her ideas and really tried to understand what I was trying to do. I put in an order form online (which I knew was just a preliminary order). Fast forward several weeks where I finally made it into their business office, and Cheri immediately remembered my order details. She stopped what she was doing and helped iron out the details of my order. You could tell that she really enjoys what she does because she got really excited about who and why the order was for. The order was fulfilled much faster than I had anticipated, the products were beautifully made (and have been holding up amazingly, even with a rambunctious autistic 9 year old boy with some sensory issues who touches the logo all day), and very reasonably priced. She even packaged them in a special way so that it was exciting for my friend's kid to open. She went above and beyond what I expected from a business owner, and I really am looking forward to working with her on future projects. Its so nice to work with a human face to face rather than an online platform, someone who could give you ideas and feedback about the ideas you bring, and someone who cares about their products they produce and works hard to make things right. Cheri printed for me a couple years back and did a great job; however, this time was not (Striders Logos!). I would've given at least 2 stars since she is responsive via email; however, her customer service skills are ridiculous. There were multiple defects on the logos (some were peeling as soon as I picked it up, the other had a small piece missing, and all of them were not cut correctly and still showing white behind the colored part.) Her excuse was that we provided the garments she used and I don't understand how digital works. If that's the case, I can post the logo provided, comparison photos of each logo they print on the garments, as well as other digital prints of the same logo I've had done elsewhere on the same garment types. She definitely needs to check her energy and customer service skills though because I would've just happily not used her services again but instead, I'm taking time out of my day to leave a review so that future customers are aware and don't waste their time.
