UPDATE: I changed my review from 1 star to 2 stars because I feel like the employees and owners are at least communicating with me to try to resolve the issue. However, the discount offered by the owners probably shouldn't be defined as "hefty". I don't believe a 15-20% discount really qualifies as hefty. I get those discounts anyway at Hazel Sky for spending larger amounts of money there. Also, the "free" e-juice the owners mention was about a quarter of a tank to test the leaking vape. I don't think a few drops of e-juice really needs to be touted as a perk here. And yes, the manager did clean my vape in an effort to figure out why it was leaking. And yes the manager offered a replacement tank...but...I would have to buy it.
Look, I know Hazel Sky is running a business and they are dealing with defective products from manufacturers. I've purchased vapes, e-juices, and Kratom from them regularly that I've been very happy with. In this particular instance, I have a defective vape that I bought from Hazel Sky. I tried to accept that because it still vapes but leaks everywhere. It was pretty annoying. I'm willing to take that loss. I figured getting a new vape at half off would have been a gesture of exemplary customer service. I was wrong.

All vapers know it's way cheaper to buy online rather than in-store at Hazel Sky. I was willing to pay more (hundreds per year) at Hazel Sky because of convenience and customer service. However, when my vape malfunctioned after 3 months and the owners wouldn't exchange it for another one, they chose to lose a customer over a $60 vape. No exchange, so I said how about 50% of a new vape? Their solution was that I could receive 15% or 20% off a new vape. Pretty insulting. Instead, Hazel Sky chose to ignore the hundreds of dollars I was spending per year and lose a customer in the process.
