KBY Riverfront Self-Storage & RV Resort — Local services in Bulverde

The Best RV community I've lived in hands down. I've lived here for 28 months and I've lived in more than a few RV parks. What I found here is, it's not as much about how great the owners, the community, the amenities, or how beautiful and peaceful it is here as much as it is about how many problems you don't have here. So I'll start with that. I don't see the police coming in and out all of the time, loud or unsavory neighbors, domestic violence, arguments or neighbors feuding, loud children, peoples animals running amuck, garbage, litter, excessive bugs, drugs or drug addicts, people banging on my door in the middle of the night, asking me for favors or money all the time, there aren't any safety concerns in the neighborhood, and they never raised my rent or anyone else's in tbe community in 28 months. They don't raise rent on good tenants. What I do see is, the owners feeding their disabled veterans and hosting events for the community. I see them doing things for other neighbors children, they are constantly reinvesting into making this place, safer, cleaner, more peaceful and always striving for better for their tenants.

The first thing I noticed when I got here is "even the dirt is clean". We are right on the river, next to a 1000 acre ranch, and far enough away from fwy noise. It's super convenient to commute to either San Antonio or Austin.

This is a family run community, Centered around quality family living at the lowest possible price. The Best value you'll find. I've caught some really big fish on the river here and enjoyed much of what they offer here with five fire pits, a bbq area, gated dog park, tree swings, kayaking fishing and swimming.
