I was very happy to have a store close to my home. I have gone at least twice a week since it opened. Customer service with employees seems to be the lowest priority. Any questions about anything always ends in very negative responses. The employees seem to constantly be on the defense, and any question has been regarded as the customer is asking for too much. They have no time to be bothered. No staffing to assist in finding anything. And a unwillingness to keep self checkout working. They can't be bothered, even though it would be helpful to customer and staff. One employee chastised me for asking, she stated, "I'm just learning, new to the work force, you can't expect me to know how it to do anything, without anyone else assisting me " my only co worker is on break.
