I tried to send flowers through FTD for my uncle's funeral with no luck. I searched on Google for a flower shop in the small Louisiana town to see if I could call and have them deliver something for the services on Saturday. I found JoJo's and called. They were so helpful and friendly. I had to call from California while I was helping customers at work. They were so patient and willing to wait for me while I put them on hold.
