Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bunkie

Horrible experience with placing a order via phone. The lady taking my order was VERY RUDE. When she answered I asked how she was doing and got no reply. I was shocked by her demeanor... I placed my order anyway with this rude person named HOPE. What a name because there was NO hope for my order. HOPE advised order would be ready in 20 minutes. However when my husband went to pick the food up, he was told it was cancelled. But, the craziest part is the manager HOPE had the nerves to tell my husband she thought I was a customer she already dealt with that was rude so she cancelled my order. The only one that was RUDE was the manager HOPE. My hope is that HOPE gets it together and stop being a mean person to customers. HOPE, you need training and you PICKED the right one to be RUDE with!!! You have NO idea who is on the phone so you should be on your best behavior HOPE!!! This is NOT over HOPE(what a name for a rude woman, No HOPE). CORPORATE will know all about you and your blatant attitude with customers. HOPE you need training on how to deal with customers. This Pizza Hut was a pretty good example of Idiocracy. Business was steady enough for a small town, but.... we were not greeted nor seated, I fetched my own menu, had to make it known we would like service before anyone approached the table, drink glasses were not filled regularly, like it was a burden to leave the counter and check on guests. Also, half of the order was not delivered and it was explained as a topping was forgotten, the pizza was cooked, then forgotten topping added and pizza was passed thru the oven again which burned it. I was offered a discount on it. We were the only seated guests during this time. I recommend ordering for pick up in the future, and checking the pizza order before accepting or paying for it. Like most failing restaurants here, this place will make a decent antique...

I called to order pizza +,wings. I was told 15 mins to pick up. I drove over after 15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes. And finally after 10 more i paid for order. Once I got home 5 minutes away. The pizza was very cold, cardboard, minimum toppings, the meat lovers didn't even have any sauce. Worse pizza I have ever had, a waste of $27 bucks. I put it in the trash. The wings were under cooked cold when I bit into drummette. Just terrible pizza. It was so lack luster, how do you forget the marinara sauce., I have pictures, but I'm unable to load, SHAME ON YOU, the franchise should close you down.
