I’ve been a loyal customer of Tractor Supply and have made numerous purchases over the past several months since the store opened. However, I recently had a frustrating experience that left me disappointed with their customer service.

When I provided my phone number at checkout, the account pulled up someone else’s name. I’ve had this phone number for over 10 years, so it was clearly an error in their system. I asked the cashier if it could be corrected, but she told me there was nothing she could do. Hoping for a better resolution, I contacted the store manager—only to be met with a dismissive attitude and no offer to help fix the issue.

It’s disappointing that something as simple as updating customer information couldn’t be handled properly, especially given how frequently I shop there. I expected better service and a more helpful attitude from the staff. I hope Tractor Supply takes this feedback seriously and improves the way they handle customer account issues...

It is with great anticipation Zebulon's finally got its own Tractor Supply, and I'm genuinely pleased. It's a solid addition to the town, offering a much-needed range of supplies. The expanded outdoor nursery is a definite plus; it's a decent size and well-stocked, which is great for local gardeners. I was also impressed with the variety of hardware and fencing options. It's helpful to have a place nearby for those practical home and farm needs without having to drive into Raleigh. While it’s not flashy, it’s certainly functional. They have a good selection of gardening tools, some camping equipment, and the usual array of farm supplies.
