Food Lion — Local services in Burgaw

I LIKE Your store, but By making your food to go parking up front, someone wasn't thinking of your handicapped customers, we already have to park elsewhere, due to not enough handicapped spaces, and adding those food to go parking, close, you've made even less parking. If someone uses the food to go space, what dose it matter if they park farther out, unless your helping your employees, not your customers. I like your store but ,we that are disabled and have difficulty walking have enough problems with selfish people using handicapped parking so its more convenient for them, I'd hope you add more handicapped or move the food to go away some, we have enough problems in the world today with greed,and selfishness, please help us who need it, I have had to shop elsewhere because of...

Come here often to get some groceries. Every single time I go in with my husband an employee some how finds a way to make him extremely uncomfortable. Today he went to self checkout at about 3:00pm and usually he know’s what to expect because it’s the same every time HE goes in there. Today he ended up having to take out his camera and record because yet again they found a way to make him feel as if he was being racially profiled and as if he has no intentions to pay. Ripped off at self checkout. Yesterday I purchased a 12 pack of beer with some other groceries. This brand which is regularly 19.99 was on sale for 17.99. Naturally it rang up wrong. The attendant said she couldn’t help me because she couldn’t leave her spot.

She then pointed to a customer service employee and said she couldn’t help me. That employee was running a register with about 6 or 7 customers in line.

Needless to say I left paying more than I should have. I hope food lion enjoys that 2 dollars as it’s the last this customer of many years...
