Dollar General — Local services in Burkburnett

I was very upset with the man who walked my friend and I around and said we were moving items. We both had multiple items to purchase and ended up leaving due to the unprofessional behavior of that employee. The one out of place item was already in the wrong location when he accused us of putting it on the shelf. I am glad I do not live in that town because I would definitely have found or waited for management to report him. He also had bad body odor and clearly seeking conflict. Shame on the people/person who hired and poorly trained this terrible employee. I am disappointed, angered and disgusted with that employee and the entire Dollar General corporation. Tonight i stood at the counter waiting for help for exactly 6 minutes. I then had to call the store and a woman answered and i had to explain i am standing at counter and waiting for help. Her words to me were WELL I WILL BE RIGHT THERE. SHE THEN COMES TO COUNTER AND DOES NOT SPEAK OR ANY OF THAT. She doesn’t even put my items in a sack. I had to do it myself. Ok, I normally love the Dollar Generals. I'm a person that can feel atmosphere whether good or off. In fact I shop where I feel comfortable, welcome and can find what I need. I just don't feel comfortable shopping in Burk's Dollar General but not sure why. Just an uneasy feeling tension in the air when I go there. They have what I look for but I prefer the Family Dollar down the street for the welcome response and relaxed...
